Will my project need planning permission / permission from the landowner?

09 May 2016

The landowner will be responsible for complying with the relevant planning rules and building regulations and may need to apply for planning permission if the project will change the use of the site or include any building or installation of structures.

You will need to provide us with a Landowner Permission Form which the Landowner will sign to say they will comply with relevant planning rules and building regulations, so we suggest you speak to the Landowner before you are ready to complete your application form to us. If planning permission is required, you will need to provide us with evidence that this has been approved when you submit your application form.
