Will my project need planning permission / permission from the landowner?

09 May 2016

If any aspect of your project involves a change to an outdoor space or activities taking place outdoors you will need to complete our Project Consent Form. This needs to be completed by the Landowner - or by yourself - with the Landowners signature to confirm you have consent and will comply with relevant planning rules and building regulations. We suggest you speak to the Landowner before you are ready to complete your application form to us.

If planning permission is required, you will need to provide us with evidence that this has been approved when you submit your application form.  The landowner will be responsible for complying with the relevant planning rules and building regulations and may need to apply for planning permission if the project will change the use of the site or include any building or installation of structures.
