Groundwork Oldham & Rochdale run v challenge,
a graduate volunteer scheme providing work experience for graduates
wanting to work in the voluntary sector with an environmental
regeneration charity. The scheme is aimed at graduates aged 25 and
below who are looking for community based project management
experience. The scheme lasts for 13 weeks and the graduates will
have the opportunity to manage projects with local communities or
work within the marketing team and get recruitment, event

The Graduate Apprentice Programme (GAP) Scheme, based in the
Black Country is aimed at providing work experience to graduates
interested in a career in environmental regeneration and
sustainability. Graduates are provided experience in a
variety of areas including community engagement, environmental
education, green infrastructure, project development, marketing,
funding and environmental business advice. Participating in
one of these graduate placements will equip you with essential
