Groundwork Wales is seeking to recruit an experienced performance manager to manage the performance functions: ·Gathering, collating and reporting on Groundwork Trusts performance against programme and partnership targets. ·Developing and managing performance management systems. ·Building effective relationships with national funders. Hours of work: 3 days per week (22.5 hrs)
Groundwork supports communities in need, working to improve the quality of people’s lives, their prospects and the places where they live, work and play. We assist the Local Authorities, Welsh Assembly Government and other national bodies to meet their strategic objectives. Our programmes particularly focus on Employment and Training, Climate Change and Sustainability and on community based Regeneration.
