Blue Sky Development & Regeneration was set up to employ ex-offenders and it operates in the grounds maintenance, recycling and catering sectors. In doing so, it helps its employees break the cycle of re-offending. Its vital work can only be enhanced someone of your calibre helping it to win more business.
You’ll develop business opportunities for Blue Sky and strengthen existing ones. In addition, you’ll work to expand its franchise network, monitor the quality of delivery and help to identify new commissioned income streams. The aim is to help achieve Blue Sky’s ambitious growth target.
Of graduate calibre, you’ll ideally hold an MBA or equivalent, and will certainly have a good grasp of how to build successful relationships, win business and negotiate contracts. You’ll be confident in working with the public, private and voluntary sectors too, and a gifted presenter. A strong focus on the development and delivery of new complex programmes will be essential, while any knowledge of the criminal justice system would be desirable.
