2 year fixed term contract
Mill Green, Hatfield, Hertfordshire
We are looking for a passionate and creative person to develop and deliver high quality community focused environmental improvement projects, working with a wide range of partners.
You will have proven experience of working with communities (including the supervision of volunteers) and strong practical gardening / horticulture skills ideally supported by relevant qualifications. You will also have experienced working with vulnerable adults. The role requires excellent communication and diplomacy skills, strong project management skills (including budget control) and a multi-agency partnership approach.
Based in Hatfield, the role is for 37 hours per week but will require some work at weekends and evenings.
