We are looking to recruit a Marketing & Development Director with a keen interest in regeneration and climate change.
We have been working here for nearly 25 years. As one of the biggest Groundwork Trusts, we have an excellent reputation for the scale and scope of the services we deliver. Each year we support thousands of young people and adults to improve the quality of their lives and their neighbourhoods. We improve and maintain over 100ha of neglected urban green space. We support hundreds of people back into work and help business to save tens of thousands of tonnes of CO2.
You will be an experienced manager with excellent communication and influencing skills and demonstrable experience of meeting challenging objectives in a complex organisation. You will be able to engage and develop sustainable and beneficial relationships with a range of stakeholders and partners. Your ability to identify opportunities, create persuasive proposals and deliver presentations will ensure we maximise all opportunities to position Groundwork as the first choice for sustainable regeneration.
