Groundwork aims to be the UK’s leading environmental regeneration charity, working through partnerships, to create communities in which people are proud to live and work. We are now seeking two committed and professional individuals to join our Skills and Training Team.
You will need to establish and maintain effective relationships with partner organisations, employers, learners and training providers involved in the Skills and Training programme. You will also be involved in sourcing employer vacancies and work placement opportunities to match the requirements of the programmes and meet the targets set for job outcomes.
You should have experience of working with employers and individuals, with particular experience of working with disadvantaged adults. A motivated team player, you will have negotiation and mentoring skills and the ability to work in partnership with public and private sector employers.
This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and will be subject to a CRB Disclosure Check.
