You will be an excellent strategist and an articulate and persuasive communicator. You will possess excellent people skills with a proven ability to lead our team at Groundwork. You will be a strong networker with substantial experience of generating cross-sector partnerships within complex funding arrangements.
We have been working here for nearly 25 years and are one of the biggest Groundwork Trusts, with a turnover close to £9 million and a staff team of 95. We have an excellent reputation for the scale and scope of the services we deliver.
