Groundwork, a national environmental regeneration charity, is seeking Home Water and Energy Team Leaders in Kent, Hampshire and Sussex. If you have the know-how to reduce water usage, CO2 emissions and tackle fuel poverty, then we want to hear from you.

Green Doctor– Home Water and Energy Team Leader

37 hours a week and on call duty (covering all 3 areas), working one weekend in three

Kent, Hampshire and Sussex 

You’ll take your expertise directly into people’s homes and help them save money on their utility bills by improving water & energy efficiency You’ll individually assess each property and make personalised recommendations to householders on the savings they can make. In addition to delivery, you’ll also line manage a team of Green Doctors and help them achieve their targets, then report back on their progress in regular meetings with the Operational Programme Manager. 

We’re looking for someone who’s creative, good with people and has a good knowledge of environmental issues. In addition to experience working on a customer-focused programme, you’ll need to have previously held a team leader position and be well equipped to meet deadlines. You’ll be liaising with a diverse customer base and your team on a daily basis, so it’s crucial you’re an excellent communicator who’s all set to inspire others to change. A full driving licence will be essential.
