Groundwork, a national environmental regeneration charity, is seeking Home Water and Energy Advisors in Kent, Hampshire and Sussex. This is your opportunity to promote change in people’s homes, helping them save on their utility bills for the good of the environment
Green Doctor - Home Water and Energy Advisor
37 hours a week, working one weekend in three
Kent, Hampshire and Sussex
In this role you’ll conduct up to 18 home visits weekly and offer practical advice to householders for improving water and energy efficiency. You’ll individually assess each property and make personalised recommendations to householders on the savings they can make. In conjunction with this, you’ll keep full records, helping us to report to our clients regularly.
We’re looking for someone who’s creative, good with people and has a good knowledge of environmental issues. You’ll have experience of working on a customer-focused programme, be an invaluable member of any team and have a disciplined attitude to deadlines. You’ll be liaising with a diverse customer base and the rest of your team on a daily basis, so it’s crucial you’re an excellent communicator who’s all set to inspire others to change. A full driving licence will be essential.
