You will be responsible for managing and
promoting the booking system for our suite of meeting rooms to
include arranging hospitality, both internally and for external
clients, setting up the facilities to ensure the meetings/events
run smoothly. You will also provide an efficient reception
service to our organisation, which will include answering telephone
calls, greeting visitors and dealing with incoming and outgoing
You’ll have relevant general administrative
experience in a customer service/sales or a marketing environment,
including reception work, dealing with general enquiries, diary
management and arranging meetings. You’ll have experience of
using e-mail, MS Word and MS Excel, and have proven organisational
and customer liaison skills. We are looking for an individual
who is able to work under minimal supervision as well as within a
team. In return, we can offer you the scope to develop your
skills and progress in a positive environment.
