As an Office Administrator, you will support the provision of comprehensive administrative support for Groundwork UK, supporting the implementation of administrative systems and working with other team members to ensure the smooth running of the administration service.
You will be responsible for providing an efficient reception service to our organisation and tenants, assisting in organising room layouts, equipment and catering for meetings, as well as the servicing of meetings and events.
Applicants will have experience of using email, MS Word and MS Excel. Relevant general administrative experience in a customer service environment is desirable.
We are looking for an individual who is able to work under minimal supervision as well as within a team.
