You will manage a team of dedicated Education and Youth Officers, to deliver high-quality education and youth programmes across all our five operating areas. You will manage complex partnerships, being responsible for the relationship with local organisations at all levels. An excellent manager of resources, you will be able to develop and expand existing activities through the creation of practical and innovative funding packages and partnership working. You will contribute to the operational running of the Trust as an active member of the Management Team.
This post requires proven management experience. Significant experience of working on education programmes would be a strong advantage, bringing a good working knowledge of best practice and quality standards.
