Do you have the project and financial management skills to ensure successful delivery of a 5-year programme covering hundreds of thousands of homes?
Groundwork is one of the leading regeneration charities in the UK. We work with local communities and statutory, private and voluntary sector partners, to create sustainable communities and environments in which people are proud to live and work.
Over the next five years we will be working with Southern Water on a programme to help 500,000 customers to find ways to Save Water, Save Energy and Save Money.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to implement and deliver this programme that will involve leading a team of delivery staff, managing sub-contractors, and ensure that you exceed the clients expectations in the quality of service and outcome that Groundwork delivers.
You will need to demonstrate that your experience includes managing teams and sub-contractors operating in several different locations to achieve performance targets whilst managing relationships with clients and partners with varying expectations. You will have developed and implemented systems and processes to manage the delivery of these programmes and you will have applied evaluation techniques that measure outcomes as well as outputs.
You must be able to build relationships and network at a senior level and demonstrate your success in working with senior managers and Boards to ensure that operational challenges are overcome and all the interested parties support and promote the successful delivery of programmes that you manage.
