Do you have the project management and financial skills to monitor the performance of 94 lottery funded projects?

Groundwork is one of the leading regeneration charities in the UK. Working with local communities and statutory, private and voluntary sector partners, we help to create sustainable communities and environments in which people are proud to live and work. As part of this, Target: Wellbeing is a portfolio that aims to improve the wellbeing of people living in the most disadvantaged communities in the north west. Your role will be to monitor the performance of the 94 lottery funded projects in the portfolio – monitoring progress and risk and providing support for projects. You will also support the Portfolio Manager including co-ordinating the Governance Group and regional meetings, managing pan-regional programmes and in maintaining effective relationships with partners and in particular the Big Lottery Fund.

On a day-to-day basis, you’ll develop and manage our project performance and grant management systems, while producing and presenting reports for all our relevant stakeholders. You’ll make full use of your Excel skills, your financial experience and your project management background. Plus you’ll find that the ability to maintain complex administrative and monitoring systems will be indispensable.
