Location - Brighton

 

This is an exciting opportunity to develop a career in project management in an ever changing, but always stimulating, voluntary sector environment.

Your role will involve managing the delivery of ‘Reaching for Gold’ a project designed to encourage innovation from groups of young people that can make a practical difference to society in the areas of Youth, Community and Accessability.  The project is delivered in partnership with Private, Public and Voluntary sector organisations across the South East.  You will also support the delivery of Groundwork’s service to Southern water as part of the company’s Universal Metering Programme that stretches till 2015. 

You will have experience of managing projects, being responsible for day to day operational delivery of projects and contracts, and associated finances. You will be computer literate and have a working knowledge of database systems. You will need to work effectively as part of a team with experience of managing your own workload, supervising staff, and prioritising competing demands.  You will also have the ability to network effectively, building and maintaining good working relationships.
