Groundwork UK department of Operations and Membership has restructured to focus on building a new spirit of collaboration and partnership across the Groundwork Federation.
This change in focus will be led by a new team of relationship managers and support officers capable of developing, managing and sustaining proactive relationships with our nine English regions.
The post will give the right candidate the opportunity to contribute to the development of relationship management across the Groundwork Federation and will offer specific support in relation to major projects and programmes.
It is essential that you come from a background of regeneration, community engagement or programme delivery, particularly in relation to performance. You will be required to assist the Support Manager Delivery in supporting members of the Groundwork Federation in developing their skills, knowledge and capacity, and so this role also requires experience of organising training and induction workshops, and supporting change management processes.
You will possess good communications and project management skills with a strong aptitude for team working.
