How to contact our team nationally and around the country
Groundwork UK has been awarded a place on the Department of Work and Pensions’ Employment Related Support Services Framework in both Wales and the South West of England.
We are seeking partners who can help us deliver highly effective welfare to work solutions through an exciting model which will help to regenerate entire communities.
We are looking for organisations who can offer one or more of the following services:
1. Client management – working with jobseekers to identify their needs and arrange for them to access appropriate support.
2. Personal support services – providing help to individuals or groups to overcome specific barriers to finding work such as debt advice, substance misuse, health management etc.
3. Job search support – helping the long term unemployed increase their readiness for the workplace through relevant skills training, assistance in finding/applying for vacancies, self employment support etc.
4. Job brokerage services – sourcing vacancies with employers for long term unemployed clients
5. In-work support – helping both the employer and employee to build a long term relationship, providing assistance to overcome any problems.
We are not prescribing the minimum size of organisation that can apply, and welcome applications from the voluntary, community, public and private sectors.
In early January we will be applying grading criteria to all applications, before then holding in-depth discussions with relevant organisations regarding the potential services that they can offer, volumes and payments that they would receive.
If your organisation can demonstrate the ability to deliver at least one of the above services, and you would like to be considered for a place in our delivery partnership, please complete our Expression of Interest and return it to roger.harmer@groundwork.org.uk no later than 5 pm on 10th January 2010.
