The outdoor spaces on housing estates can be a source of problems for social landlords – but we know that they can also have tremendous potential and be part of what makes a great estate.
We can work in partnership with you and your tenants to make the most of your outdoor spaces. That means redesigning them for residents’ needs and creating playgrounds, sports facilities, places created with young people in mind, community gardens and food production grounds.
We’re the experts on what works in housing environments and we know how to make the most of your assets while desigining out crime and anti-social behaviour.
