Location: Netherfield Groundwork Greater Nottingham worked with Gedling Borough Council to improve an existing play area in Netherfield.
Location: Hertfordshire Grow Global aims to give children the experience of growing their own fruit, vegetables and flowers in the school grounds as part of an afterschool gardening club.
Location: Hertfordshire Funding from John Laing plc, a specialist developer, investor and operator of public sector infrastructure assets, enables Groundwork to provide landscape architect services to help schools and nurseries.
Location: Alt, Oldham Using community led environmental improvements to provide positive activities for young people and improve community pride.
Location: East Tilbury Junior School Over three years, Groundwork South Essex has been running Grow Global after-school gardening clubs in Primary, Secondary and Special Schools. East Tilbury Juniors School took part in 2009.
