Location: Barry Gibbonsdown is small housing estate situated in Barry in the Vale of Glamorgan and Groundwork BNPT have been working with Gibbonsdown & Court Communities First to improve the facilities at the local allotments.
Location: Grand Union Canal Our floating classroom ‘Elsdale’ is the largest electric barge operating in the UK.
Location: Slater Primary School, Slater Street, Leicester Groundwork Leicester and Leicestershire’s Youth department help a primary school celebrate the Queens Diamond Jubilee
Location: Hinckley and Warwickshire College, Lower Bond Street, Hinckley Groundwork Leicester and Leicestershire’s Education Team and Youth Team work together to design and plant the flowerbeds in a ‘Peace Garden’ at Hinckley and Warwickshire College
Location: Babington Community College, Strasbourg Drive, Beaumont Leys, Leicester Babington Community College has been working on increasing the biodiversity of their woodland. To give the woodland a helping hand, a group of pupils worked together to create a bug hotel encouraging more wildlife in to the woods.
