Location: Rotherham Rosehill Skate Park consists of a pair of linked bowls attractively landscaped into the Georgian parkland.
Location: Brampton Bierlow In 2005, community consultation on the future of Bierlow Park revealed huge support for a BMX facility.
Location: Wath Upon Dearne Strathmore Gardens is a Victorian walled garden within the Wath Upon Dearne conservation area.
Location: North Anston The site's original play area had been damaged over the years. We consulted with the community and created a new play area to meet their needs.
Location: Wickersley The new play has transformed a drab corner of the playing fields into a stimulating play area which is immediately noticeable on arrival.
Location: Thorne The Community Garden at Thorne surrounds the Church Hall and the Old People's Welfare Centre, but was in a poor condition with broken paving, some rough grassed areas and low crumbling concrete walls.
Location: Kilnhurst The residents of Kilnhurst wanted a set of markers to show the boundary of the village and also reflect the character and unique sense of the place.
Location: Dearne Valley The Dearne Valley Green Heart Partnership (www.dvgh.org), commissioned the design team to produce a study into the feasibility of extending the Bolton to Goldthorpe cycleway Link Phase 1, which has just been completed by Barnsley Council.
Location: Doncaster Over three years, the design team at Groundwork Dearne Valley worked in close association with St Leger Homes to produce sympathetic improvements to bungalows in Doncaster.
Location: Rochdale A community led green space improvement project incorporating training and volunteering opportunities for local residents.
