Location: Groundwork Leicester & Leicestershire “The bike will enable Atheana to have her own sense of purpose and a feeling of belonging when we go out together. We can now spend quality time together as a family. It will provide freedom that we all want for her.” Adam McCormack, Father
Location: Calder Homes Park, Hebden Bridge A valued facility, this skate park had become a victim of its own success due to wear and tear and overcrowding. It was therefore altered to cater for the large number of young people wanting to use the facility, and for different skateboarding abilities.
Location: Leeds Our design team worked with Groundwork Leeds to develop a skate park for Micklefield Parish Council.
Location: Luton, Bedfordshire Groundwork's successful Mind, Body & Soil horticultural therapy programme comes to Bedfordshire, with our first project launched in April 2011 at Harry Scott Court Residential Housing Unit in Luton.
Location: Bridgend, Wales Ashley Stolzenberg, 21, from Maesteg found the lack of local jobs and fierce competition difficult. He now works as an estate worker at Eco Dysgu
