Bikes For All

Bikes4All is a community bike enterprise, providing a wide range of cycle related activities, services and opportunities. The project encourages cycling as a safe and pollution free means of transport, fitness and enjoyment.

Originally conceived as a way to reduce the number of bikes needlessly abandoned and sent to landfills by repairing and refurbishing old bikes in order to donate or sell them to low-income families, Bikes 4 All is now providing products and services to schools, community groups, private organisations/companies and private individuals.

Bikes 4 All currently offers services as diverse as bicycle maintenance and repair training; national standard ‘Bikeability’ training for schools and the general community; a mobile workshop, delivering maintenance and repair training in community centres, schools and other locations, Dr Bike sessions; consultancy; cycle reuse, refurbishment and recycling.
