Groundwork and the National Housing Federation's Future Jobs Fund scheme was featured in a news piece on Channel 4 News on 21st April 2010. The piece looked at the release of unemployment figures and examined the FJF programme as an example of an employment scheme that has contributed to lower than expected unemployment levels.
Channel 4 interviewed several FJF employees from Groundwork Greater Nottingham's Windmill Community Gardens project, along with their supervisor for the piece.
Earlier that day, a range of media outlets including the BBC and Sky News covered Gordon Brown's visit to Cardiff, where he met several young people working with Groundwork on the Future Jobs Fund programme.
