How to contact our team nationally and around the country
Groundwork is a federation of independent charities. Each Groundwork Trust is a member of the federation, and signs up to a series of common aims, objectives and processes.
Groundwork UK is the national body of the Groundwork Federation and is responsible for acting as a national voice and monitoring our internal agreements and contracts. Groundwork UK is governed by the Federation Board which guides the work of our Executive Team led by Sir Tony Hawkhead CBE.
From April 2010, in each English region, a regional organisation co-ordinates Groundwork activity. Some of these organisations operate Groundwork services across their area, while others co-ordinate the work of local Groundwork Trusts.
Groundwork Wales co-ordinates the work of four Groundwork Trusts in Wales. Groundwork Northern Ireland operates Groundwork services across the province.
Although we don’t operate in Scotland at the moment, we work closely with a number of Scottish partners.
