Fundraising privacy summary

If you create a fundraising page we will collect the information you provide about your name, the details of your fundraising activity and images you upload in order to populate the fundraising page on the website. We will also collect the updates you add so this can be published on the fundraising page.

We might also use the contact details you have consented to us using to get in touch with you with support and advice to make your activity a success.

We will also record the names and comments from your supporters make donations to your fundraising activity. This will be published to the fundraising page if the donor consents to this.

Information associated with your fundraising page will be deleted XXXX after your activity is completed.

Donations to your fundraising page will be processed in the same way as other donations (as outlined in section 2).

(Note: in some cases appeals will be managed through links to external tools such as Just Giving or Virgin Money Giving. In these cases please see the privacy policies that relate to those services for more information).
