Landscape Architect / Assistant Landscape Architect, Groundwork East
Salary: Up to £30,860 depending on relevant experience, plus attractive benefits
Term: Permanent, 37 hours per week (part time will be considered, minimum 22.5 hours per week)
Location: Mill Green, Hatfield
We work in partnership with residents, local authorities, schools, other charities and local organisations to develop projects which bring about regeneration and improve the quality of life. With a turnover of £3.5 million and 70 staff, we are in a strong position to build on our achievements so far and expand our project programme further across the east of England.
The Trust is looking to recruit a talented and creative Landscape Architect / Assistant Landscape Architect to support our enthusiastic team to deliver landscape schemes that provide something special to local communities across our region. Liaising directly with clients, you will prepare project briefs, design and deliver the project on site. Effective communication, planning and organising skills are key to this role. You will have the opportunity to develop your professional experience in an innovative environment and training and support will be provided.
Ideally, you will have a Postgraduate qualification in Landscape Architecture, be a Chartered Member of the Landscape Institute and have proven experience in the industry although we will consider applicants who are able to demonstrate some experience in the design and procurement of landscape schemes.
