We’re looking for a Youth Development Assistant who can help us deliver our expanding range of activities.
The Employment & Skills team at Groundwork deliver a number of personal development programmes that help to change the lives of young people. By helping to identify barriers and enhancing skills you will be assisting young people to become more employable or return to education or training
It’s a great opportunity to use the skills and experience you gained in your own life to make a difference to someone else’s, by helping them to become more employable, or return to education or training.
Applicants must be confident in their own abilities and able to relate to young people, yet still be able to set boundaries in a clear and non-judgemental way. They’ll also need proven experience in delivering activities.
All positions will be subject to an enhanced DBS check.
