Work at Grange Court is now complete after Groundwork’s trading company, Crestra Ltd spent 30 weeks onsite transforming an old derelict community centre into three new modern homes located at Grangewood in Chesterfield, Derbyshire.
The project which was designed, set up and funded by Chesterfield Borough Council consisted of Crestra Ltd turning the unused building into three new one bedroom properties, available to rent through Chesterfield Borough Council.
The work which began in May 2015 took just over 7 months to complete with 3 men working on site.
The project led by Crestra Ltd ran efficiently with no issues to date resulting in a successful outcomethat Chesterfield Borough Council are very pleased with.
The building was given a full refurbishment which now includes a lounge, a dining area, a kitchen, a bathroom, a master bedroom and an office with the flexibility to change into a second bedroom if preferred in all three of the properties. There is a small garden to the rear of the property which has been maintained by Crestra Ltd whilst on site and parking is available to the front of the properties.
