Veg Cities in Luton

Groundwork East is developing the concept of Community Food Hubs which are promoting a ‘Fork to Fork’ model. Communities get involved in growing, cooking and eating together, leading to higher consumption of fresh fruit and vegetables, particularly amongst communities at risk of or experiencing food poverty.

Groundwork can run teacher training sessions to help staff support a variety of issues that are impacting young people within the school. These workshops equip teachers with the tools to support young people, and offer best practice guidance.
