Health walks are a great way to meet like minded people and enjoy a slice of the great outdoors with your peers.
Our weekly health walks aim to help people keep fit, active and socialising.
Walks are generally between 30 minutes and an hour and are always set by the slowest walker to ensure a good pace is kept for all.
Walks are held in various locations and days on a weekly timetable basis to aim to include as many fresh and regular faces as possible.
