Northern Inclusion Consortium (NIC) and Groundwork are seeking an organisation to provide a Management Information System for the Step Forward Tees Valley and Reaching Out Across Durham Programmes.

For the purpose of:

  • Data collection
  • Reporting management information
  • Case Management and recording purposes

Also to provide:

  • Training, licence and maintenance of the system for the duration of both Programmes 2016-2019.


Step Forward Tees Valley and Reaching Out Across Durham are co-financed by the Big Lottery and European Social Fund.

Step Forward Tees Valley will support approximately 2,500 people living in the Tees Valley area, experiencing a range of complex needs, to make lasting and positive change and to move, in time into training and employment.

Working in partnership with 12 voluntary and community sector delivery partners who are specialists in employment, health, financial and digital inclusion and volunteering, ROAD will support 625 long term unemployed people into or towards employment.

Both programmes will commence October 2016-December 2019.
