Groundwork North Wales is running a new project offering a free service for qualifying households in the Wrexham area where they can receive free energy advice; install draught proofing to homes and other measures to help people keep warm.
This service is available to qualifying households where a member of the household fits within one of the following categories; people with respiratory illnesses', people with cardiovascular disease, people with a mental illness, people with dementia, families with a child under 5 and people who are pregnant. Residents will also benefit from help to find the lowest prices for their energy bills and all the advice will be tailored to the individual household need.
This project is funded through the British Gas Energy Trust, Healthy Homes Fund to help people stay debt free who are living in cold homes and who suffer from long term health conditions.
If you're not sure whether you are eligible, feel free to give us a call. For further information contact: Jane Williams at Groundwork North Wales on 01978 757524 or email firstname.lastname@example.org
