Senior Youth Worker

ROLE: Senior Youth Worker
SALARY: £9.15 - £11 per hour depending on experience (£17,850-£21,450 FTE)
CONTRACT: Until March 2020
HOURS: 15 hours to include Thursday evenings & Saturdays
OPERATIONAL AREA: Hampshire & Dorset
LOCATION: Energy Youth Club, Eastleigh

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Youth Worker to lead on session delivery and support the programme Manager with delivering outstanding services for young people at Energy Youth Centre and other sites across the area. Developing meaningful and positive relationships with young people, you will provide support and guidance on range of subjects based on young people’s individual needs whilst facilitating their personal and social development. 

To take on this rewarding role you must be a strong leader, creative and solution focused with a proven track record of delivering and leading impactful services for young people.
