Green Sky Thinking is a week long, London-wide events programme for built environment professionals, organised by Open-City.
This year, the programme will feature over 50 events that showcase sustainable design solutions for London’s current built environment challenges. Unlike conferences or tradeshows the events are informal, on-site project talks, thereby providing 'real' exemplars for the industry to learn from. Each event is expert-led, hosted by organisations at the forefront of best practice in sustainable design.
Groundwork London's Climate Proofing Housing Landscapes project was selected to host an event on 27th April at Queen Caroline Estate in Hammersmith. Our expert panel includes Mark Bentley, Landscape Architect for Groundwork London, who led on the design of the scheme and George Warren, Flood Risk Manager at the London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham.
