Join the Groundwork Youth Network

The Youth Network is your chance to have fun, learn new skills, communicate your passion for the environment and to be a part of a network that engages with young people and helps Groundwork do more for the most vulnerable in our society.

What we are looking for

We are looking for passionate, motivated and committed young people to join us in creating and expanding our Youth Network. We want to increase our engagement with young people and give you a chance to have your say on issues that are most important to you.

What does being a Youth Ambassador mean?

Being a Youth Ambassador means you represent the values and aims of Groundwork and strive to help us achieve them. We need young people to help us understand issues affecting you and your community, so we can support you more effectively and help more people communities across the UK.

Our programme currently supoprts young people aged 16-24 years old to drive forward campaigns about issues that matter to them. Why not find out more about becoming one of our Young Green Ambassadors or a  Groundwork Youth Advisory Board member?

Not yet 16? That's okay - you can still take part in our campaigns but we encourage you to ask your family, teachers, local youth club  or local Groundwork Trust to help you out!

What will you get out of it?

Being a Youth Ambassador you will meet one another in your own time and learn about Groundwork, which will provide you with the opportunity to develop new skills, meet new people, act as a voice for Groundwork in your community and nationally and be a part of a growing and supportive network.
