Joanne Goodall

Joanne is the Business Development and Fundraising Manager for Groundwork East having joined the organisation in 2018. She line manages a small team of fundraising officers and the quality officer for the Trust. Joanne has represented Groundwork East at a number of Federation meetings / working groups including the: Fundraising Group, Impact Coordinators, Communities Working Group and EDI Working Group.

Joanne has over 30-years’ experience of working in the voluntary sector for charities (including Wood Green Animal Shelter and Papworth Trust) in project management, fundraising and business development roles. She has also experienced fundraising from the alternative perspective of a commissioner, working for Greater Cambridge Greater Peterborough Local Enterprise Partnership and Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Combined Authority.

Joanne has been a Trustee of Cambridge United Foundation, the charitable arm of Cambridge United Football Club for 5-years and prior to that was a Trustee at Over Day Centre, an organisation providing care for the elderly and those with dementia to give respite to families.
