Sam Harbour

Sam  is Operations Manager for ‘Community and Education’ and ‘Training and Skills’ for Groundwork East. Sam has over 12 years’ experience of designing, developing and delivering community and environmental projects.  He has a degree in Geography and holds a PGCE in Secondary Geography teaching.

Sam joined the Trust in 2017, working as a Project Officer, Senior Project Officer and Team Manager before becoming an Operations Manager is 2023.
