Does your organisation offer industry-specific or soft-skills training? ESFA Community Training grants between £5,000 and £20,000 are available for projects supporting people who are unemployed or economically inactive, helping participants move closer towards employment.

Groundwork London is delivering Community Training Grants, which is funded by the European Social Fund (ESF) and the Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA). The Community Training Grants aim to benefit those who are furthest away from the labour market, and start participants’ progress back into employment. In addition to formal and industry-specific skills training this can also be activities which have softer benefits, such as work readiness, confidence or anger management. Participants must be over 16 years or age and eligible to work in the UK.

The application window for ESFA Community Training Grants is now closed.
