About the Youth Board
Established in 2017 by Manchester Climate Change Agency, Manchester Climate Change Agency’s Youth Board aims to give the young people of Manchester an equal voice in decision making on climate change policy. The youth board is a platform for youth-led, meaningful climate action.
The Board launched their manifesto in October 2021, the manifesto consisting of 7 priorities and 35 individual climate action policies is the first of its kind in Greater Manchester and sets out actions young people would like to see taken to get to zero carbon.
