Introduction
Green social prescribing is a mechanism for linking people from primary care, social care or other routes to community activity which supports their health and wellbeing. Using the natural environment, we can support resilience, recovery and contribute to the building of social networks, helping people to connect and to maintain good mental health and wellbeing.
In this section, you will find information about green social prescribing and the relationship between nature and our health. If you have any resources that you would like to share with others and include in this section, please send them to natureforhealth@cityoftrees.org.uk
