Smile Project

Smile Project

The Smile project aims to reduce the negative effects of loneliness and isolation, support people in making community connections and friendships, and encourage people to get involved in their communities. This programme is for people aged 18+ and is FREE for everyone to access.

Simon's Story

Our fully trained Volunteer Befrienders will contact people weekly to offer a listening ear, information about groups, providing general advice, practical support, support with attending medical appointments, walks in the park, home visits, and will aim to help people access local community groups.
