Bradley is the founder of a social enterprise Sporting Way, which runs emotional well-being programmes for children and young people through the context of sport. Bradley is a former professional footballer, having represented Charlton Athletic, Leyton Orient and Stevenage, as well as his nation of birth, Zimbabwe.
Prior to entering professional football, Bradley graduated from Loughborough University with a BA in English and Sports Science and an MSc in Sports Science. He also attended BPP Law School to complete the GDL and subsequent LPC, while competing in the Championship for Charlton Athletic.
Bradley retired in 2017 and began his legal profession in the Immigration department at Mishcon de Reya LLP. Bradley is a Chair on The Football Association’s Judicial Panel, a member on the Exception’s Panel and part of the Kent Football Association Council.
Bradley still plays football part-time in the national football pyramid, currently for Cray Wanderers F.C.
