Phil is a London-based partner who leads PwC’s European Telecoms, Media and Technology practice. He also leads our global Digital Transformation group in assessing and advising on the impact of technology change on business models across all industries and for governments. He has worked across a wide range of organisations, including magazine and newspaper publishing, television and film production, television and radio broadcasting, cinemas, music, sports, event management and conferences, online and traditional advertising and market research. He has supported these groups in projects including operational and financial risk reviews, statutory audits, royalty audits, governance reviews, initial public offerings and acquisition and disposal due diligence.
In addition to his UK and other European experience, Phil has undertaken secondments to PwC’s New York and San Francisco offices and has worked extensively across Europe and in Asia Pacific.
