Britannia Village Green Improvements

The West Silvertown Foundation, L&Q, and environmental regeneration charity Groundwork London have teamed up to improve Britannia Village Green. The aspiration is to turn it into an attractive community space that offers something for everyone.

How would you like to see Britannia Green improved to better meet your needs?

It’s your neighbourhood, and we need you to tell us what needs doing! Some initial ideas include new and improved planting, creating an attractive green space for people and wildlife, a new playground to encourage children and families to be active and have lots of fun, new seating, as well as other features.

Over the coming autumn months we will be speaking to the local community at engagement events and meetings to ensure as many people as possible can have their say. Based on your feedback we will develop initial designs and show these to you early next year for further comment. We will then finalise these designs and work to secure additional funding to implement them.

We will share all designs and results of engagement activities on this website, so do keep checking back regularly.

Please let us know your thoughts and ideas via this short online survey:

Britannia Green Resident Feedback Survey

Please complete the survey by 22nd November 2021
