Administration Assistant

This role involves working in a deadline driven environment so it is essential that you can manage your time and prioritise your workload effectively in order to meet administrative deadlines.

As part of this role you will:

  • To work with the Employment Programme Manager and all BBO project teams to provide an administrative support function.
  • You will be required to travel to our other centers on a regular basis therefore a car owner with business insurance is essential, agreed travel will be claimable through travel expenses with prior permission from the employment manager.
  • To ensure timely processing of data and documentation within contractual requirements, co-ordination of internal administrative systems, profile monitoring, data management, back up and tracking are conducted.
  • Manage record keeping, eligibility rules and audit requirements, and to provide project support or visits where necessary.
  • To ensure that all documentation for referrals/starts/progressions/expenditure is eligible and meets the funder’s guidelines.

You must have proven experience of working with Prime contract holders and funding partners. Experience of spreadsheets and Excel is essential.

A strong confident approach is required in this role as you will be liaising directly with senior managers all project staff.
