Choices is an exciting support programme in Allerdale & Copeland funded by the National Lottery Community Fund and European Social Fund until December 2021. Working in partnership with 6 voluntary and community sector delivery partners who are specialists in employment, financial and digital inclusion and volunteering, Choices will support 750 people who are facing multiple, complex barriers to move in to Education & Training, employment or into job searching if they have been unable to do this in the past.

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our Choices team as an Administrator.

The successful candidate will offer administrative and Customer Service support and will be integral to maintaining systems for the programme and to ensure data is accurate and evidence is compliant

The post holder will provide support to the Choices Management Team and will be responsible for procession submissions from the delivery team, collating accurate data and summarising this in reports as well as supporting the wider team achieve its objectives

About you

We are seeking someone with experience in an administrative function with strong attention to detail ensuring a high level of accuracy, prioritising tasks to meet deadlines. You will have proven experience of using a wide range of IT and producing accurate correspondents, information and electronic communications. Having excellent customer service skills is essential including the ability to inform and influence, working with others to achieve results
