Job Role
Are you passionate about working with children and young people? Do you have the experience in planning and delivering fun, engaging, high quality, safe and creative after-school, and holiday play sessions?
If so, then look no further than Groundwork West Midlands; an environmental charity that has been delivering environmental and community projects aimed at creating stronger, healthier communities, and greater prospects for local people for over 30 years.
We are looking for an energetic and motivated individual to deliver on our exciting play project in Sandwell. The Go Play Sandwell programme consists of open access after-school and holiday sessions across Smethwick, Tipton and Wednesbury.
As part of our friendly team, you will have a qualification and / relevant experience of working with children and young people. You will be alert to the safeguarding procedures and be able to ensure all project paperwork is inputted accurately and kept up to date. A full manual UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is preferable as you would be required to travel across the borough / region.

Package
Core hours are from 10am – 4pm, with some flexibility of starting earlier / finishing later – with regular evening and occasional weekend working
25 days holiday, plus Bank Holidays (pro rata)
All necessary PPE will be provided by the company
Laptop, mobile phone, and mileage allowance
