Job Role – Nov20C002

Qualified/experienced in giving energy advice? Want to help some of the most vulnerable residents keep warm and manage their energy bills? Join us to establish Groundwork’s award-winning national Green Doctor programme into Coventry and Birmingham.

As a Green Doctors you deliver home visits following Covid Risk Assessments and provide online assistance as required. Home visits are a mix of advice, installation of small practical energy-saving measures such as low energy light bulbs and draft proofing and referring on to other health and wellbeing services. We aim to reduce our client’s energy bills and save them money in a variety of ways including providing a bill switching service.

You will be a practical, people-person with a passion for helping vulnerable people. Ideally you will have knowledge of energy efficiency to provide in-home tailored energy saving advice, and the ability to adapt your approach to suit our client’s varying needs.

You must be comfortable with lone working and in managing your own workload.
